Purchase and Delivery.
We would love to give you a shopping cart to buy instantly but as most of these items are unique and also for sale to customers at the Studio We need to know someone here has not already bought it 5 minutes before you try to. Payment is through iZettle, to order goods through this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
1. Email us at susan@aurorabearealis.co.uk with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase along with your postal address.
2. We will check the item(s) are still available and email you an invoice via iZettle, you do NOT need an iZettle account to pay this and most credit/debit cards are accepted by iZettle (If payment is not received within 14 days of the date on invoice your order will be cancelled and the goods will be put back on sale).
3. Your purchases will be sent as soon as possible after payment is received (normally within 2 working days). We will send you an email confirming dispatch.
Please note: Receipt of your order does not indicate that a contract exists between us, a contract only exists when we accept your order and send you an invoice.

Postage and packing.
All prices on our website are exclusive of the following packing and delivery charges which will be added to your invoice.

In the rare event that your order weighs more than 2kg extra postage may be charged. We will inform you of the cost before you are invoiced.


Please note: We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Cancellation.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to cancel your order, we operate a 7 working day no questions asked policy after you receive your item. A full refund will be given, excluding the return delivery costs, within 30 days of cancellation.
Please advise us that you wish to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of your item/s.
Please return the item in its original condition within 28 days of notification.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the item/s.
Please take reasonable care and pack the item/s well to avoid damage or loss while being returned.
Please note: If the original item has not been returned to within 28 days, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and no refund will be sent. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. We recommend the use of an insured service to return the goods.

Items damaged in transit or incorrect item received.
If you've received a damaged or an incorrect item, please advise us within 2 working days from receipt of order. A full refund will be given, including the return delivery costs, within 28 days of your request.
Please return of the item within 28 days of notification.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
Please take reasonable care to pack the item well to avoid further damage or loss while being returned.
Please note: If the original item has not been returned to us within 28 days, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and no refund will be sent. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Faulty or defective item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please advise us within 2 working days upon receipt of item. A full refund will be given, including the return delivery costs, within 28 days of your request.
Please return of the item within 28 days of notification.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
Please take reasonable care to pack the item well to avoid further damage or loss while being returned.

Non-Deliveries.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless you notify us of non-receipt within a reasonable period of time i.e. no more than 14 days from confirmation of dispatch of UK delivery.

Please note: We regret that we are unable to offer a refund for goods that have been personalised for our customers in any way.

Your right to cancel, or the 'cooling off' period.
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing. The time limit for cancelling an order for Goods is 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received. You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that they are safely returned and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, you may be liable. If the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect we will refund you the amount paid in full including postage plus the return postage. If you are simply cancelling the order, we will refund the amount paid in full including postage but not the return postage. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 28 days.

Privacy Policy.
We understand that you trust us with your personal data and we take this trust very seriously.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when processing order details as part of the order fulfilment. When paying for your order you will be using iZettle's secure site.
