Purchase and Delivery.
I would love to give you a shopping cart to buy instantly but as most of these items are unique and also for sale to customers at the Studio, I need to know someone here has not already bought it 5 minutes before you try to. Payment is through iZettle, to order goods through this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
  1. Email me at susan@aurorabearealis.co.uk with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase along with your postal address.
  2. I will check the item(s) are still available and email you an invoice via iZettle, you do NOT need an iZettle account to pay this and most credit/debit cards are accepted by iZettle (If payment is not received within 14 days of the date on invoice your order will be cancelled and the goods will be put back on sale).
  3. Your purchases will be sent as soon as possible after payment is received (normally within 2 working days). I will send you an email confirming dispatch.

Please note: Receipt of your order does not indicate that a contract exists between us, a contract only exists when I accept your order and send you an invoice.

Postage and packing.
All prices on my website are exclusive of the following packing and delivery charges which will be added to your invoice.
  • UK orders under £50 - Sent via Royal Mail, First Class Signed For £5.00
  • UK orders over £50 - Sent via Royal Mail, Special Delivery…£10.00
  • UK orders over £100 - Sent via Royal Mail, Special Delivery…FREE!

In the rare event that your order weighs more than 2kg extra postage may be charged. I will inform you of the cost before you are invoiced.
Please note: I cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the appointed carrier.

Cancellation.
I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to cancel your order, I operate a 7 working day no questions asked policy after you receive your item. A full refund will be given, excluding the return delivery costs, within 30 days of cancellation. 
  • Please advise me that you wish to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of your item/s.
  • Please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of notification.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the item/s.
  • Please take reasonable care and pack the item/s well to avoid damage or loss while being returned.

Please note: If the original item has not been returned within 30 days, I will assume that you have accepted the goods and no refund will be sent. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. I recommend the use of an insured service to return the goods.

Items damaged in transit or incorrect item received.
If you've received a damaged or an incorrect item, please advise me within 2 working days from receipt of order. A full refund will be given, including the return delivery costs, within 30 days of your request. 
  • Please return of the item within 30 days of notification.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
  •  Please take reasonable care to pack the item well to avoid further damage or loss while being returned.

Please note: If the original item has not been returned to us within 30 days, I will assume that you have accepted the goods and no refund will be sent. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Faulty or defective item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please advise me within 2 working days upon receipt of item. A full refund will be given, including the return delivery costs, within 30 days of your request.

  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
  • Please take reasonable care to pack the item well to avoid further damage or loss while being returned.


Non-Deliveries.
I will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless you notify me of non-receipt within a reasonable period of time i.e. no more than 14 days from confirmation of dispatch of UK delivery.
Please note: I regret that we are unable to offer a refund for goods that have been personalised for our customers in any way.

This Privacy Policy explains how and when I collect, use, and share your information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Aurorabearealis.co.uk, Facebook.com, Google Blogger.com, iZettle.com, PayPal.com or their related sites and services.
I only share your data to process your order or comply with the law.
I do not pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

  2.      To comply with legal obligations such as a legal claim or tax law or to comply with my obligations to Facebook/Google Blogger/iZettle/PayPal.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I do not share your information with anyone other than the third parties necessary to fulfil your order or in compliance with the law.

Any information transferred outside the EU is through third party services. As a result your information may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your own.
