- Email me at susan@aurorabearealis.co.uk with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase along with your postal address.
- I will check the item(s) are still available and email you an invoice via Zettle, you do NOT need a Zettle account to pay this as most credit/debit cards are accepted by Zettle (If payment is not received within 14 days of the date on invoice your order will be cancelled and the goods will be put back on sale).
- Your purchases will be sent as soon as possible after payment is received (normally within 2 to 3 working days). I will send you an email confirming dispatch.

Please
note - I
cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or
failure to deliver by the appointed carrier.
- I offer a no quibble returns policy if contact is made within 7 days of receiving your order and the item is returned to me within 30 days in unused condition.
- I am happy to refund or exchange for an item that would suit you better.
- If an item is faulty then please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I am happy to repair if possible or a full refund or exchange.
- If you return an item, you are responsible for the postage costs apart from where the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
- I cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged on their way back to me. If returning an item to me, please use retain proof of postage and pack the item well. I recommend the use of an insured service to return the item.
- Please contact me before returning an item so I can advise the best course of action.
Please
note - I
regret that we are unable to offer a refund for goods that have been
personalised for our customers in any way.
- I only use/share your data to process/fulfil your order, provide customer support or comply with the law.
- I do not pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or add you to any mailing list.
- I only retain your personal information for as long as necessary process your order/payment/delivery/return period.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties (Email providers/Google Blogger/Zettle/PayPal/Facebook/Instagram/X) that I do not own or control that may be used to process your order or contact me. You can learn more about their privacy practices on their own websites.
